Lynbrook
Lynbrook is a suburb in Melbourne's south-east growth corridor with approximately fifteen hundred low and medium density residential allotments and a retail centre. While working at Tract, Nathan Alexander designed the centre and the southern residential stages. He designed the centre to concentrate and stimulate social and pedestrian activity within a car-based retail catchment. Lynbrook was largely built to the concept design, and is now a well-established suburb.
